After my un-DF'ing, I have sent a letter to everyone in my hall.
by kwintestal inin the final installment of my story, i am done with my local congregation now.
in the past month, i have been df'd, un-df'd attended a meeting where i shook everyones hand and smiled ... and now i have sent everyone in the hall this letter, roughly 60 addresses:.
open letter to the north congregation of jehovahs witnesses.

Great letter. I think most people who receive this will read it, even if they are warned not to. Curiosity, is a powerful thing. And if they don't know what silentlambs is, they might just look it up.
The problem with pedophiles in the congregation is the reason that my wife is no longer willing to be associated with Jehovah’s Witness
Did you get accosted by any witness chicks? They are like vultures!!! HL

The last song in the pink songbook, I think it was #119. It always made my mom cry. So when they would announce that song to be sung, all of us kids used to roll our eyes, and watch mom. I think it was something about the new world, no more crying etc.......
I have been known to hum From House to House From Door to Door HL

They are all soooooo cute. Was this a JW wedding? Is there anything wrong with having a ring bearer or flower girl, according to the JW's? I can't remember. You never can tell.
Anyway, welcome back, and I love the pics. HL

NASA: Humans Back to the Moon

"this vision aims to return humans to the moon, and then to use it as a staging point for a manned mission to mars.
i wonder if jws will be required to canvas those areas too.

Husband and I went to see Ron White last weekend. He said NASA needed to rethink the foam idea. He said his brother in law came over, and sat on his styrofoam cooler. It shattered. And this is what we send our astronauts into space covered with? HL

If a JW widower remarries, what happens to the poor spouse at resurrection?
by kid-A inthis always weirded me out...if a jw's spouse dies (and lets assume they were reasonably young) and that widower re-marries, has a big happy family, etc etc.... now imagine resurrection day.....the last thing you remember is this person was the love of your life, your entire universe, your raison d'etre, and surprise!
they have moved on without you, and you are left high and dry....can you imagine the psychological nightmare this would be for the "resurrected"????
would you even want to come back to that??

hmmm interesting isnt it that while acknowledging that there is no marraige for ressurected ones...that doesnt stop jws from offering a reunion to all those they meet in fs that have just lost a mate in death...
My thoughts also. I have had said to me "What will grandma think when you aren't in the new world" Looks like grandma won't be looking for me or anybody else. What about a baby that was lost? Will that baby not go back to it's mother? I think that one of the biggest things that made me mad as a teenager, was when it was said that Jehovah would be cutting off being able to have babies. Their beliefs are really screwed up. HL

It also wouldn't be impossible to post members of the Service Department at all exits, with guns, to finish of all the "apostates" who woudn't drink Jehovah's spirit provided Kool-Aid.
This would show much love on behalf of the JW's. To be able to have the chance to be resurrected. Wasn't the last assembly about Obeyyyyyyyyy. I know this is far fetched, and I can see it can be like yelling FIRE in a crowed place, but they are so crazy, in my wildest dreams, I can see this happening. HL
